Use at your own risk

This site provides van value estimates based on published data and industry depreciation patterns. Estimates are not:

• Formal valuations or appraisals
• Offers to purchase
• Guarantees of what you'll be offered by a buyer
• Cap HPI or Glass's Guide valuations

Real offers depend on inspection, service history, MOT status, market demand, and the buyer's assessment of condition. Your actual sale price may be higher or lower than our estimate.

No warranty

We provide this site and its estimates "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that:

• The estimates are accurate for your specific van
• The data is complete or up-to-date
• The site will be available or error-free

We make reasonable efforts to keep the data current and the methodology sound, but we're not liable for errors, omissions, or losses arising from your use of the site.

Third-party offers

Links to webuyanyvan, Carwow, and other services are for convenience. When you use those services, you're subject to their terms and conditions, not ours:

• We don't control their offers or pricing
• We're not a party to any transaction between you and them
• We're not liable for their service, delays, or disputes

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we (Oliver Burton t/a HTML Studio) are not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Errors or omissions in the data
• Use of third-party services linked from this site
• Downtime, data loss, or technical issues

This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the site for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the DVLA lookup service
• Not submit false or fraudulent data
• Not use automated tools to generate excessive lookups

We rate-limit DVLA lookups (30 per hour per IP) to prevent abuse. Excessive or automated use may result in your IP being blocked.
